As a Team Member at Chomp Chomp, you'll be responsible for multiple roles, including cooking on the griddle, crafting bubble tea, and performing cashier duties. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Cooking & Food Preparation:

Prepare and cook burgers, pastrami sandwiches, and other menu items to established standards. Safely operate griddles and other kitchen equipment. Assist with food prep and assembly as needed.

Barista Duties:

Prepare and serve handcrafted beverages with precision.

Cashier Duties:

Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.

General Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs as required. Adapt to new tasks as needed based on business demands.

Qualifications:

Required:

Prior experience as a griddle cook, barista, or cashier. Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Available to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

Experience preparing and operating a flat-top grill. Manager Food handling certification (higher pay rate available).
