Role Summary:
Closing Kitchen Team Member Do you enjoy cooking, preparing, and presenting great food in a fast-paced environment? Are you energized by staying busy and working as part of a strong team? If so, we'd love to have you join our Closing Kitchen Crew! The kitchen is the heart of our restaurant, and our Kitchen Team Members play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Team members safely, efficiently, and accurately prepare our menu items while maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety. Our goal is to serve every guest fresh, delicious food in 90 seconds or less. As a Closing Kitchen Team Member, you'll work alongside an outstanding team through the end of the day, ensuring the restaurant is ready for a successful opening the next morning. General Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present food safely, quickly, and accurately according to our standards Keep up to date with current promotions and new products Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen throughout the shift Deep cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen stations at closing Safely shutting down and cleaning equipment Restocking and preparing the kitchen for the morning team Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training to include annual re-certification Always adhere to all company policies and procedures Carry out instructions given by the management team and operator Protect the interest of the operator Requirements Available to work a minimum of 10- 15 hours per week Understand the expectations of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
