Full Job Description Position Overview:
A Two Roads Brewing Food Hall & Bar Back of House Team Member will prep, prepare, and assemble food according to menu specifications to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Each back of house team member has a primary objective to execute food preparation in a timely and effective manner to a high standard while keeping work areas clean, maintained, and stocked throughout the shift.
Working Relationships:
Reporting to the BOH Leader, the BOH Team Member works alongside the BOH staff, the Campus Director of Culinary, and TRB Campus Team to provide efficient and high-caliper food to the Food Hall patrons as well as guests within the entirety of the TRB Campus.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare raw foodstuffs to prepare for final cooking Cook and compose menu items pursuant to recipes and set specifications Champions the brand's vision and values and contribute to a culture of positivity and high standards Stock and organize kitchen and BOH storage areas Wash dishes, glassware, and utensils by hand or in a dishwasher Work with a sense of urgency Focus on the cleanliness and sanitation of work spaces throughout the day Ability to remain organized at all times in a fast paced environment Follow safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe environment Understand the meaning of guest satisfaction Perform assigned side work
SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
Fully understand and embody TRB's can-do attitude, demonstrating a level of passion and dedication where no task is beneath you Good knowledge of food preparation and items Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual Team player who works well with others to provide a positive work environment Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours up/down stairs; bend, push, pull; lift up to 50 lbs Professional appearance
