Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks in the kitchen and front of house, contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Assist in food preparation and cooking, adhering to culinary standards and safety regulations. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders and handle transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, following food safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality service. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Qualifications Must have morning availability during the week. Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow. Knowledge of food service practices, including sanitation and safety guidelines. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A passion for culinary arts is a plus!
