In this role, you will work closely with our Culinary team and Property Operations leadership to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment. This is a hands-on opportunity for a skilled technician with experience in commercial kitchen equipment, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing, and mechanical repairs. . Essential Functions Job duties include, although are not limited to: Performing preventative maintenance. Performing equipment repairs and maintaining parts inventory. Entering repairs in Repair Log book Performing visual equipment evaluations. Assisting other team members. Internal Relationships Reports to Director of Property Operation External Relationships Has regular contact with culinary department, contractors. Qualifications At least two years' experience of kitchen equipment repair. Dish Machines Cooking equipment Meat Room Equipment Mixers Bakery Equipment The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. Working with a meter Electrical Troubleshooting up to 480V 3 phase Plumbing Steam Equipment Refrigeration is a plus Education/Experience Requirements High School graduate or equivalent preferred. Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Physical Requirements Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
