Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties:

• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
• Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
• Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Handle food safely and maintain proper sanitation practices
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
• Upsell menu items and provide recommendations to enhance the guest experience

Skills:

• Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred
• Strong understanding of basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and culinary techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail
