Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure timely dish delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards Support cooking processes by following instructions from chefs or kitchen supervisors to produce high-quality dishes Buss tables and clear dining areas promptly to facilitate efficient service flow Handle food handling responsibilities with care, ensuring proper storage and sanitation practices are followed Contribute to banquet setups and catering events by preparing ingredients and assisting with plating as needed Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and uphold excellent customer service standards Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably Experience in culinary roles such as serving or bussing is a plus A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where great food meets outstanding service!
