Pirate's Grill is looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our small kitchen team ! We're a locally owned restaurant with a tight-knit crew , which means everyone plays an important role. In our kitchen, you won't be just another employee — you'll work closely with the rest of the team and learn how to handle different parts of the operation. What you'll be doing: Preparing and cooking food to our standards Working the grill, fryer, prep, and other kitchen stations Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked Helping with food prep and daily kitchen tasks Working together with a small crew during busy shifts Following food safety and sanitation procedures Jumping in wherever you're needed What we're looking for: Someone dependable and willing to work Able to work well as part of a small team Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen Willing to learn multiple stations and responsibilities Takes pride in keeping their workspace clean Restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Why work with us?
