Duties Prepare food items according to company recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions and cash handling. Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and following food safety protocols. Assist with food safety management practices to ensure proper food handling and storage. Support quick service operations by efficiently managing multiple tasks during busy hours. Help with basic kitchen duties such as food prep, stocking supplies, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. Skills Prior experience in food service, quick service, or fast food environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an approachable attitude. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures. Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and inventory management.
