As a Shift Leader , you will support the management team in daily operations and bring our mission to life: building healthier communities by connecting people to fresh, wholesome food. Shift Leaders help drive Tossgreen's values within the restaurant—creating an inclusive, welcoming environment where everyone can enjoy a nutritious meal together. What You'll Do Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Create a positive work environment aligned with Tossgreen's mission and values. Deliver exceptional guest experiences at every shift. Ensure team and guest safety by following operational policies and procedures. Assist with onboarding and training new team members; provide ongoing feedback. Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. Use electronic systems (POS, tablets, and scheduling tools). Operate kitchen tools and utensils safely and effectively. Provide schedule flexibility (availability for opening, closing, and weekends). Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods. What You've Got Background in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining high operational standards. Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
