Miami Beach, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $16 - $22 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Kitchen health and safety standards Pre-cooking preparation Teamwork Food service cleaning Quality control Full Job Description Food preparation : Breading and seasoning items, preparing food for frying, and cooking various food items to order. Equipment operation : Operating deep fryers and other cooking equipment while monitoring oil levels and temperatures to ensure proper cooking. Quality and safety : Ensuring all food meets quality and safety standards, monitoring cooking times, and following strict food safety and hygiene regulations. Workstation maintenance : Keeping the fry station clean, organized, and sanitized throughout the shift and at closing. Inventory and restocking : Assisting with managing the inventory of fried food items and restocking supplies as needed. Team collaboration : Communicating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service, especially during peak hours. Additional tasks : Assisting with other kitchen prep work or cleaning during slower periods.
