• Position Summary UBS Staffing is seeking a Kitchen Helper for a private hunting and fishing club.

The Kitchen Helper will assist with meal preparation, food service, kitchen cleanup, and other general kitchen duties while helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient environment. Previous kitchen and/or food preparation experience is required. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well as part of a team, and is comfortable assisting with a variety of kitchen responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Assist with preparing ingredients and meals Wash, cut, portion, and organize food items as directed Assist kitchen staff with meal preparation and food service Set up and clean food preparation and serving areas Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Clean and sanitize countertops, workstations, appliances, and kitchen areas Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen floors Properly store food, supplies, and kitchen equipment Assist with stocking and organizing kitchen supplies Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Assist with additional kitchen and club-related duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

Previous kitchen and/or food preparation experience is required. (2+ months) High School diploma or GED Ability to assist with meal preparation and general kitchen duties Ability to follow instructions and work well with others Attention to cleanliness and organization Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Work ethic Employer has attendance policy Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties Ability to safely lift and move kitchen supplies and equipment as needed Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a restaurant, commercial kitchen, lodge, club, resort, catering operation, cafeteria, or similar food-service environment . Candidates should be comfortable performing both food-preparation and cleaning responsibilities and be willing to assist wherever needed to support daily kitchen operations. Serious inquiries only.
