Golden Crispy Chicken We are looking for a friendly and hardworking Kitchen Team Member to join our back-of-house team at Golden Crispy Chicken. No prior restaurant experience is required — we will provide paid training . If you are reliable, willing to learn, and enjoy working with a team, this job can be a great start in the food industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist with preparing and cooking fried chicken and other menu items following our simple recipes Help with basic prep work, such as portioning, breading, and setting up stations Operate kitchen equipment (such as fryers) safely after training Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and sanitary (wiping surfaces, taking out trash, washing/putting away utensils, etc.) Follow all food safety and hygiene rules taught during training Restock ingredients and supplies during the shift as needed Work with other team members to make sure orders are prepared correctly and served on time Assist with basic opening or closing tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

No previous kitchen or restaurant experience required - training will be provided Willingness to learn and follow instructions step by step Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40-50 lbs when needed Reliable, on time, and able to work scheduled shifts Able to work evenings and weekends as needed Positive attitude and good teamwork; basic English communication is helpful

Pay & Schedule:

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour , depending on availability and performance Full-time and part-time positions available Flexible scheduling; evening and weekend availability preferred
