Position Part-Time Team Member Primary Schedule Weekend dinner and late-night availability is required Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening shifts Additional weekday shifts may be available Flexibility during the restaurant's opening and training period is preferred What You'll Do Prepare fresh, high-quality food with speed, accuracy, and consistency Deliver genuine hospitality and create memorable guest experiences Recommend menu items and enhance the guest experience through suggestive selling Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant Support both front-of-house and kitchen operations Work with urgency during high-volume periods Help establish strong operational standards as part of our opening team Contribute to a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment What We're Looking For Must be at least 21 years old Reliable transportation is required Weekend dinner and late-night availability Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and guest service skills Willingness to learn and take direction Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right people Why Wingstop Lee Vista?
