The Guest Service and Kitchen Service Team Members at Poke Bowl play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience within an integrated guest and kitchen service team environment. This role combines responsibilities in guest assistance, food preparation, and order management while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service. Guest Service Team Members will be primarily focused on Guest 100%, while Kitchen Service Team Members will be focused on kitchen food production while supporting the Guest Service line through peak meal periods. We are also looking for potential Team Leaders as well, Manager Food Handler/Serve Safe required. Please inquire when applying. Responsibilities Assist guests by answering questions and addressing needs promptly Look to anticipate guests needs based on guests questions Prepare food items following safety and quality standards Take and process customer orders accurately via POS systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and service areas Provide courteous and efficient customer service to enhance guest satisfaction Required Qualifications Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Ability to smile and make guest feel welcomed. Strong customer service skills with a positive warm demeanor Ability to work effectively within a team Clear and effective communication abilities Attention to detail in food preparation and service Abililty to read, interpret, and follow recipes and procedures. Preferred Qualifications One or more years of experience in hospitality or food service Guest Service experience Experience with using a knife, chopping, cutting, and dicing. Team Member Serve Safe Certification Manager Food Handler Certification (Serve Safe or equal manager food certification)

Pay:

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 35.0 per week
