THE ROLE

As a Hospitality Assistant, you keep the whole house ready for service. You support every front-of-house position by making sure glassware and silverware are polished and in place, service areas are stocked, restrooms are spotless, and the dish area keeps moving. You cover the entire restaurant during a shift and are often the first to spot what needs attention before a guest ever does.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Polish and distribute glassware and silverware to Meat Market brand standards Keep service areas and the dish area stocked throughout service Check, restock, and clean restrooms every 30 minutes Keep floors, mats, and rugs clean and spills handled immediately Complete all opening and closing procedures per Hospitality Assistant checklists Follow all health, sanitation, and safety standards Report anything broken, missing, or unsafe to management Work as one team with front and back of house to keep service seamless

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in a restaurant support role such as busser, barback, food runner, or dishwasher is a plus; we will train the right person A sharp eye for detail and a high standard for cleanliness and presentation The ability to stay a step ahead, spotting what is about to run out before it does Strong time management and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced, highvolume, upscale environment Clear communication and a willingness to take direction from managers and teammates A teamfirst attitude and a commitment to showing up on time, in full uniform, polished and ready Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
