Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales transactions, and cash handling Manage customer orders with accuracy, ensuring timely service and upselling opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitation of kitchen equipment and dining areas Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and balance cash drawers at shift end Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely while adhering to food safety management practices Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail sales is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented attitude Prior experience with food preparation, serving, cashiering or operating kitchen equipment is a plus Excellent communication skills to engage with customers professionally and courteously Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service!
