Job Summary Guaranteed minimum $14.50 per hour with advancement opportunities. Day and Evening Shifts available. Must be available weekday and weekends. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop valuable skills in food safety, customer service, and restaurant operations. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently. Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and freshness. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen stations, and restrooms. Follow food safety management protocols to ensure all food handling meets health regulations and safety standards. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the restaurant well-equipped for service. Assist in managing customer inquiries or complaints promptly with a positive attitude to ensure satisfaction. Support team members during busy periods by performing various tasks such as cleaning, food prep, or cashier duties. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be available. A positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn are essential qualities for success in this role.
Pay:
$14.50 - $17.50 per hour
