They are responsible for, but not limited to, the following. Greeting guests, assisting them with the ordering, and understanding of menu options Preparing ingredients: Washing, chopping, and measuring various components for dishes.

Processing customer orders:

Working on the line to cook meals according to specific orders.

Following recipes:

Ensuring consistency and accuracy in the preparation of each dish. Adjusting dishes based on customer preferences: Catering to special requests, such as allergies or dietary needs.

Maintaining a clean workspace:

Keeping their station organized and sanitized. Adhering to health and safety guidelines: Ensuring that food handling practices meet industry standards to prevent contamination.

Using kitchen equipment:

Safely operating stoves, grills, fryers, and other appliances.

Inventory management:

Assisting in keeping track of stock and notifying when supplies need to be restocked.

Presentation:

Ensuring meals are presented attractively and meet the restaurant's standards. Checking back with customers in regard to food and quality thereof Maintaining a safe and clean environment in the dining, bathroom, and communal areas Team Members must possess a combination of customer service skills, culinary expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Their efforts are the foundation of our continued success.
