Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and menu plans Support cooking activities by following established procedures and maintaining quality standards Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation protocols Help with food service operations, including plating dishes and serving customers or guests Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure a safe working environment Contribute to menu planning discussions by providing input based on ingredient availability and customer preferences Support catering events or special functions with timely food preparation and presentation Requirements Previous experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Familiarity with menu planning, food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations Hands-on experience in the food industry, including restaurant or kitchen work Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving others Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering quality food experiences!
