We seek a catering lead position for our established (8 years) business. Our hours are daily M-F (no holidays and very few weekends). This position starts most days at 6 am. This person will be responsible for preparing menu items as well as ensuring the highest levels of food quality. We seek candidates with the following qualities:

• 1 year catering experience preferred
• Must be able to adhere to recipes and possess strong knife skills
• Experience with ordering/inventory control a plus
• Organize and pre stage prep tickets for production.
• Follow all food safety rules when handling production
• Able to answer telephones and take orders
• Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
• General cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping and dishes
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to make deliveries if needed.

This hourly position has bonus/tip potential. Candidates with a valid driver's license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record and a reliable personal vehicle are preferred.
