Responsibilities include:

Follow 4 Rivers recipes and preparation standards Read and complete prep lists accurately and efficiently Load and unload products at the correct times and temperatures Learn and operate the smoker properly Prepare, label, store, and rotate food products Follow proper cooling and food safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized workstation Safely use knives and other kitchen equipment Work efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency What are we looking for?
