Duties Serve ice cream and other frozen treats with precision and care, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Manage customer orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing transactions accurately and quickly Upsell additional toppings, desserts, or beverages to enhance the customer experience and increase sales Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing utensils, counters, and equipment to ensure food safety compliance Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including scoops, blenders, and refrigeration units Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items and assisting guests with their selections Handle cash register operations smoothly while processing retail sales transactions and processing cash or card payments Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments is highly preferred, especially quick service or fast food restaurant experience Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace at all times Retail sales or grocery store experience is beneficial but not required; a willingness to learn is essential Join us as an Ice Cream Scooper where your energy fuels our fun! Pay:

as a scooper you start out making $11.50 an hour with the addition of tips which averages out to about 14-15 an hour or more depending on how busy it is that shift. We are actively looking for more shift leads, in the role you would be expected to be responsible of shifts and the team when on shift and you making $12.50 with tips. For a promotion to a higher roles, managers look for a high level of attention to detail, leadership qualities, and innovative thinking.
