Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm. Handle cash transactions responsibly, including cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring accuracy at all times. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas through proper bussing and food handling practices. Assist in food prep tasks like slicing ingredients or assembling menu items to ensure quick service times. Support team members during busy hours by managing multiple responsibilities such as food preparation, serving, and cashiering seamlessly. Experience Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus but training will be provided. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math understanding are beneficial. Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, or culinary roles enhances your ability to succeed in this position. Strong time management skills are essential for keeping up with fast-paced service demands. Knowledge of the food industry or grocery store experience can be advantageous but is not mandatory; we welcome diverse backgrounds!
