Responsibilities Prepare food items efficiently and according to safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate POS systems to process customer orders accurately and swiftly. Manage customer transactions including sales, upselling, cash handling, and processing cash register operations. Deliver outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, kitchen equipment, and dining areas to uphold food safety standards. Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively during food preparation. Support retail sales transactions by managing product displays and assisting customers with their selections. Requirements Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred but not required. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety management, and sanitation practices. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash register operations. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive communication style. Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and inventory management. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow food handling protocols diligently.
