Job Summary The Southern Gentleman is seeking a friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Restaurant Crew Member to support daily restaurant operations. This role assists with guest service, food and beverage support, dining room organization, cleanliness, and other front-of-house and restaurant duties to help provide a positive guest experience. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service. Assist guests with menu questions, orders, and general requests. Support accurate and timely food and beverage service. Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining and service areas. Set, clear, and reset tables as needed. Restock utensils, condiments, beverages, and other service supplies. Assist servers and other restaurant team members during busy service periods. Communicate guest requests and special instructions to the appropriate team members. Help maintain clean and organized service stations. Respond to routine customer questions and concerns courteously. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Support smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams. Work cooperatively with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations. Perform other restaurant duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, food service, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good teamwork, organization, and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to cleanliness and service quality. Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
