Responsibilities Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to company standards with speed and precision Operate Aloha POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for register operations Support food safety protocols by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices Assist with bussing tables, stocking supplies, and maintaining a tidy restaurant environment to ensure smooth operations Skills Proven experience in food preparation or working in quick service & fast food restaurants is highly desirable Familiarity with Aloha POS; experience with cashiering is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining quality standards Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing Previous restaurant or retail experience in the food industry or grocery store environments is beneficial but not required Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering delicious sandwiches and outstanding service!
