Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Crew Member/Food Prep, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create a vibrant, welcoming environment for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious food items, managing customer orders efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will ensure every guest receives exceptional service and high-quality food. Responsibilities Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing customer orders, sales transactions, and cash handling accurately. Manage customer orders efficiently by taking orders, upselling menu items, and ensuring timely delivery of food. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by following proper sanitation procedures, including cleaning kitchen equipment and food prep areas regularly. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including fryers, grills, ovens, and other food preparation tools. Support food safety management practices by adhering to sanitation standards, proper food handling procedures, and safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Demonstrated ability in customer service, with a friendly attitude and effective communication skills. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while maintaining cleanliness standards.
