Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, upselling additional items to enhance their experience Prepare food items according to company standards, including pizza assembly and other menu offerings Operate POS systems such as Toast POS for processing orders, sales transactions, and cash handling accurately Manage customer orders efficiently using food service customer order management systems to ensure timely delivery Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, slicers, and other food prep tools Handle cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and process cash transactions with accuracy Support food safety management practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area to promote a welcoming environment for guests Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation is beneficial Experience using Toast POS systems Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Customer service experience demonstrating the ability to engage positively with guests and handle inquiries professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry or restaurant setting is a plus Retail or grocery store experience can be helpful in managing sales transactions and maintaining cleanliness standards Join us at where your passion for food service can shine!
