Expected to perform various task such as preparing and stocking food, cleaning and maintenance in the kitchen. Responsibilities Assist in basic food preparation and plating under kitchen supervision, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients. Support cooking and assembly of simple menu items, ensuring accuracy and timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep areas, and equipment; perform routine sanitizing and waste disposal. Stock supplies, rotate stock, and assist with basic food handling and safety practices in accordance with standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth service.
