Front Service Crew

Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Service Crew members. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and efficient environment. You will work in a fast-paced setting, contributing to the overall customer experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions. Assist in food preparation and ensure all food handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, including bussing tables. Sanitize equipment and workspaces regularly to uphold health and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Handle basic math calculations for order processing and cash handling. Experience Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or grocery store is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation guidelines is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions and order calculations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
