Duties Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide exceptional service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to ensure timely food preparation Manage customer transactions by processing cash, credit card payments, and handling cash register operations Upsell menu items to enhance sales and improve the customer experience Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas and dining spaces, ensuring sanitation standards are met at all times Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong food handling knowledge and understanding of food safety management practices Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness standards in food prep areas Retail sales experience or background in the food industry is advantageous but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your energy makes a difference!
