Responsibilities Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking meals according to established recipes and menu plans Support food handling procedures to maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen Help with food presentation and plating to ensure attractive and appetizing dishes Maintain proper storage of food items, including labeling and rotating stock to prevent spoilage Contribute to catering events by preparing and serving food in accordance with event requirements Follow all food safety protocols, including proper knife skills, sanitation practices, and temperature controls Support the team during busy service hours by managing food service stations and assisting with meal delivery Skills Proven kitchen experience in restaurants or the food industry, including food preparation and cooking Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and food handling techniques Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving others Join us in creating nourishing meals that bring joy and comfort!
