Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Expeditor to join our culinary team. The Expeditor plays a crucial role in ensuring that food orders are prepared and delivered efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service, as you will be the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area. Responsibilities Coordinate food orders from the kitchen to the serving staff, ensuring timely delivery. Assist in food preparation and handling, adhering to all food safety regulations. Monitor the quality of dishes before they leave the kitchen, ensuring they meet presentation standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to facilitate smooth service. Help with bussing tables as needed to maintain a clean dining environment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests from guests. Experience Previous experience in a culinary or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
