We make 40+ small-batch flavors from scratch using fresh produce and real ingredients. We're looking for fast, dependable, and productive Evening Meal Prep Staff to prepare ingredients and keep our kitchen ahead for the next production shift. Your Role Your main job is

MEAL PREP

. You'll spend your shift washing, peeling, cutting, slicing, measuring, and preparing produce and other ingredients so everything is ready for production. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position . We need people who can move quickly, stay focused, and get a large amount of prep completed during each shift. Responsibilities Wash and prepare fresh fruits and vegetables Cut, slice, peel, and portion produce Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes Prepare ingredients needed for upcoming production Organize completed prep so it's ready for the production team Keep prep stations stocked and organized Properly store and label prepared ingredients Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures Clean and sanitize prep areas and equipment Wash dishes and prep equipment as needed Keep working efficiently throughout the entire shift Help the team stay ahead of the next day's production needs What We're Looking For We want someone who is: FAST and productive Comfortable working with their hands for an entire shift Able to maintain a consistent pace Reliable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Able to follow prep instructions accurately Comfortable with repetitive tasks Able to work independently once trained Someone who finishes one task and immediately moves to the next This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying busy. There is always something to prep. Requirements Meal prep, restaurant prep, catering, commercial kitchen, or food-production experience preferred Comfortable using standard kitchen prep equipment Able to stand for full shifts Able to lift up to 40 lbs Able to perform repetitive prep tasks Strong cleanliness and food-safety habits Reliable transportation and consistent evening availability What Success Looks Like The goal of the evening meal prep team is to make sure the production team can come in and start working immediately . The best person for this position works quickly, stays organized, keeps moving without needing constant direction, and takes pride in seeing how much prep they can complete during a shift. Come in.
