Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards Handle food with care, following strict food safety and sanitation protocols at all times Support food service operations by plating meals efficiently and accurately for dine-in or takeout Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to promote a safe working environment Manage food handling procedures, including storage, portioning, and waste reduction Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery during busy hours Experience Proven experience in a restaurant or food industry setting, demonstrating strong kitchen skills and culinary knowledge Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary aide responsibilities preferred Hands-on experience in menu planning, meal preparation, and food presentation techniques Skilled in using knives safely and effectively for various cutting techniques Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent communication skills with the ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us!
