Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Poke Mixer to join our food production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and mixing ingredients to create high-quality poke bowls while strictly adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced culinary environment, contributing to the creation of fresh, delicious dishes for our customers. Prior experience in food handling or kitchen operations is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cooking, food preparation, or restaurant environments preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and HACCP regulations required.
• Basic math skills for portioning and ingredient measurement.
• Mechanical knowledge or experience with kitchen equipment is a plus.
• Food industry or culinary experience highly desirable.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with food handling procedures necessary.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent understanding of food safety standards and practices.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively within a team.
