Job Description

First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Relief Service Supervisor to join their Branch Service Delivery team. This role will provide relief coverage for the Service Supervisor or Manager at various branches across the state during absences due to illness, vacations, and other circumstances. You will also be responsible for ensuring seamless branch operations and resolving complex customer inquiries and issues. In the absence of the Relief Service Manager, this role will support the oversight of the Oahu Relief Teller Pool and perform duties as a Relief Customer Service Representative (CSR), Teller, or Banking Consultant as needed.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $55,000-$68,000/year; commensurate with experience.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent experience 2+ years of supervisory experience in the banking or financial industry 2 years' experience in bank operations; and 2 years of supervisory experience (may be obtained concurrently and be inclusive of graduation from the Service Manager Associate program) This role will provide relief coverage for the Service Supervisor or Manager at various branches across the state during absences due to illness, vacations, and other circumstances. You will also be responsible for ensuring seamless branch operations and resolving complex customer inquiries and issues.
