Responsibilities Prepare and cook food in a certified USDA kitchen Prep and cook efficiently in large quantities Follow recipes and specifications accurately Follow detailed instructions and complete tasks on time Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food-safety standards Work independently while communicating with supervisors and teammates Front of House Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive customer service Take orders accurately Handle payments and money responsibly Serve and bus tables Answer customer phone calls Keep the café clean, organized, and inviting Help create a warm and positive experience for every guest What We're Looking For The right person for our team is: Positive, friendly, and hardworking Dependable and consistently punctual A strong communicator Comfortable working as part of a team Able to stay focused and productive in a busy environment Willing to learn and take direction Responsible about completing assignments on time Someone who genuinely cares about people, food, health, and community Experience is valuable, but attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn matter just as much.
