Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a fun, energetic, bubbly Shave Ice Consultant to join our team. As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food truck, focusing on customer satisfaction, food quality, and kitchen management. This is an excellent opportunity to help us achieve our goals while providing exceptional customer service. Currently at $16/hour plus tips (comes out to around $22-26 after tips!) Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that customers have an exceptional experience.
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen management, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Use your skills to manage inventory, time, and more
- Operate Square POS efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions accurately
- Assist with food ordering, receiving, and storage, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and available when needed
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Qualifications
- MUST have had our shave ice before. We need people to be able to explain what it is and how it differs from other shave ice
- Strong understanding Basic math
- Proficiency in Square POS and familiarity with kitchen management systems.
- Work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
