Job Description

We are seeking 3 to 4 dedicated and energetic individuals to join our School Nutrition team. The ideal candidates will help prepare and serve meals to students and staff, maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, and contribute to a positive mealtime experience for our school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and portion food items according to USDA meal patterns and menu instructions Serve breakfast and/or lunch to students and staff in a friendly, efficient manner Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly (e.g., ovens, warmers, dish machines) Clean and sanitize food prep areas, serving lines, and dining areas Wash dishes, trays, and utensils Assist with receiving and storing food and supply deliveries Maintain accurate records (e.g., food temperatures, production sheets) as directed Follow instructions from the kitchen manager and assist teammates as needed Positively interact with students, staff, and co-workers Participate in training and staff meetings as required Perform other related duties as assigned
