Bertha's Bar & Grill is looking for an experienced, dependable kitchen leader. Someone who takes pride in running a clean, organized kitchen and wants more than just another shift. We have been a locally owned Council Bluffs business for 16 years. This is a hands-in-position role in a busy neighborhood bar kitchen. You will work alongside the team, not stand around and managing from the sidelines. Our kitchen is open seven days a week until 1 am, serving burgers, pizza, wings, tacos, Philly sandwiches and late-night food. This position could become a kitchen manager position for the right person. Full-time is available for the right fit, but strong part-time applicants are absolutely welcome too.

Dependability is non-negotiable. Show up on time ready to work. Weekend availability is required. You thrive in a very fast-paced kitchen and how to stay organized when it gets busy.
