Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality service. Skills Previous experience in a café or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Strong food handling knowledge to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with cash register operations; experience with Aloha POS is a plus.
