Kitchen Sanitation Assistant Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $20.00 /hour Full Time and Part Time work available Weekend work required Various shifts available (Sunday through Thursday from 04:00pm to 02:00am)

Filtration & Cleaning:

Utilize a vacuum-based cleaning system to filter deep fryer cooking oil and perform routine cleaning of heavy-duty frying & kitchen equipment. Training will be provided - however kitchen equipment sanitation experience is preferred.

Route Management:

After the training period, the selected candidate will independently manage a driving route schedule to all client-location appointments on time and maintain service records for each visit.

Inventory:

Will manage the company truck inventory and ensure it is stocked with oil, equipment and essential supplies.

Client Relations:

Act as the primary point of contact for local restaurant managers and business owners.

Kitchen Sanitation Assistant Qualifications:

Physical Strength:

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk/bend/crouch as needed throughout shifts.

Environment :

Able to work in warm, active kitchen environments.

Driving Record:

A valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record

Preferred :

Bilingual (Spanish/English) | Prior Sanitation / Commercial Kitchen experience Applicant may be subject to a background check Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
