We keep it simple:
good food, great drinks. What you'll do: Expo the window, make sure food goes out correctly and on time Prep simple food items (salads, veggies, portioning, etc.) Prep simple bar items Keep dish area organized and running Run food to tables (and keep guests happy) Support cooks and servers with whatever needs doing Bounce between jobs; never just standing around Who you are: You work fast and stay busy, even when nobody's watching You are a self starter who looks for things to do and can manage their time wisely You don't mind getting your hands dirty You want to learn front and back of house skills (want to move up) Reliable, not a flake, and willing to pitch in anywhere as the best team player around What you get: Consistent hours (not feast or famine) Hourly plus tips and steady hours Chance to learn both sides—kitchen and front of house Ability to gain upward mobility whether you want serving, cooking, or bar tending Experience is great, but attitude is better. If you show up and do the work, we'll teach you the rest.
