We're on the lookout for friendly and energetic Restaurant Crew Members to join our team. No matter your background, if you're eager to learn and ready to serve up smiles, we want to hear from you. Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare food items following established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quick turnaround times. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment. Assist with food safety practices such as proper food handling, sanitation, and adhering to health regulations. Support food service operations by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities. Previous experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is a plus but not required—training will be provided! Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude. Ability to work well in a team environment within a fast-paced setting.
