Job Summary We're looking for a friendly and energetic Morning Restaurant Team Member to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first face our guests see, helping to prepare food, manage customer orders, and keep the workspace clean and organized. Responsibilities Assist in food preparation and ensure menu items meet quality standards. Operate POS systems to process customer orders accurately. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions smoothly. Maintain a clean workspace by following sanitation and food safety guidelines. Support quick service by efficiently taking customer orders and upselling menu items when appropriate. Operate kitchen equipment safely and assist with basic food handling tasks. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and ensuring a positive dining experience. Experience Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus. Food handling, safety management, and sanitation knowledge are highly desirable. Experience working in a café, grocery store, or retail environment will be beneficial. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy mornings. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately.
