Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed Assist with food safety protocols, including proper storage, food handling, and sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations Support kitchen operations by managing food prep tasks quickly and accurately in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting Handle cash transactions accurately while managing basic math calculations for change and receipts Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments with a focus on quick service or fast food operations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cashiering Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Embark on an exciting journey with us where your energy fuels our success!
