Job Description

Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This position requires a passion for food, a commitment to food safety, and a strong focus on customer service. You will work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that all food preparation and service runs smoothly. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies. Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events or special functions as needed. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food service. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods. Buss tables and assist with dishwashing duties as required. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Experience in banquet service or catering is a plus. Knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods. Understanding of food safety practices and regulations within the hospitality industry. Previous experience in restaurant or hotel kitchens is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues in various kitchen tasks.
