Team Member The Team Member plays an essential role in delivering a positive guest experience by supporting food preparation, customer service, and restaurant cleanliness. Team Members may work in the kitchen preparing food according to recipes and food safety standards or at the counter taking orders, answering questions, and operating the cash register. Key Responsibilities:

• Commitment to preparing quality food products according to Naf Naf standards.
• Follow recipes and maintain proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by completing cleaning and organization tasks throughout the restaurant.
• Prepare food for dine-in, takeout, and catering orders.
• Deliver excellent guest service by communicating clearly with guests and responding to their needs.
• Operate the cash register and follow all cash-handling procedures.
• Support team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Perform other assigned duties while following all company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to provide appropriate documentation establishing U.S. work eligibility.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Ability to perform all essential functions of the position.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and maintain fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours.
• Ability to adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency.
• Basic math, reading, listening, and speaking skills.
• Ability to use cooking and baking measurement tools according to recipe requirements.

Pay:

$15.40 - $16.00 per hour
